You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to accept these terms. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify info@iverbex.com if you suspect unauthorized access. One person may not use multiple accounts to manipulate results.
En az 13 yaşında olmalı, doğru hesap bilgileri vermeli ve giriş bilgilerinizi korumalısınız. Sonuçları etkilemek amacıyla birden fazla hesap kullanılamaz.
2. Daily competition rules · Günlük yarışma kuralları
A quiz day runs from 00:00 UTC until the next 00:00 UTC. Weekly leaderboards run Monday 00:00 UTC through Sunday 23:59:59 UTC. Competition language is account-specific; groups are limited to members sharing that language. A requested language change may be delayed until the next UTC week and may require leaving incompatible active groups.
Do not automate play, inspect unreleased content, exploit timing or scoring, collude to manipulate rankings, interfere with another account, or bypass technical controls. We may invalidate suspicious results and suspend abusive accounts.
Yarışma günü UTC 00.00'da başlar; haftalık sıralama Pazartesi 00.00 UTC–Pazar 23.59.59 UTC aralığındadır. Yarışma dili değişikliği yeni haftaya ertelenebilir ve uyumsuz gruplardan çıkmayı gerektirebilir. Otomasyon, açık istismarı ve sıralama manipülasyonu yasaktır.
3. Content and reports · İçerik ve raporlar
Trivia and word content is provided for entertainment and may occasionally contain an error. Report a question from the app or email support; we may correct or retire content and, where technically appropriate, recalculate affected results. Do not submit offensive display names, group names, or report text.
Sorular eğlence amaçlıdır ve nadiren hata içerebilir. Uygulama içinden raporlayabilir; gerektiğinde içerik düzeltilir veya yayından kaldırılır.
4. Premium and Google Play billing · Premium ve ödeme
Android subscriptions and purchases are processed by Google Play under its billing and refund rules. Prices, periods, trials, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in Google Play before renewal. Deleting the Today's 10 account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it separately in Google Play. Access depends on successful server verification of the store entitlement.

5. Rewarded ads · Ödüllü reklamlar
Rewarded ads are optional and start only after your request. The app grants only the reward presented before the ad, subject to successful server verification and reasonable limits. Attempting to forge ad completion or repeatedly exploit rewards may result in withheld rewards or account action.
Ödüllü reklamlar isteğe bağlıdır. Gösterilen ödül, sunucu doğrulamasından sonra ve makul sınırlar içinde verilir; sahte tamamlama girişimleri yaptırıma yol açabilir.
6. Availability, changes, and termination · Hizmet değişiklikleri
We aim for reliable daily play but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, network failures, force majeure, store or provider outages, and security incidents may delay features. We may change or discontinue free features, while honoring verified paid access for its entitlement period where required. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or endanger fair play, users, or the service; applicable appeal and consumer rights remain available.
Kesintisiz hizmet garanti edilmez. Bakım veya sağlayıcı kesintileri gecikmeye yol açabilir. Kuralları ihlal eden ya da güvenliği tehlikeye atan hesaplar askıya alınabilir; zorunlu tüketici hakları saklıdır.
7. Intellectual property and liability · Fikri haklar ve sorumluluk
Today's 10 software, branding, design, and original content belong to İVERBEX or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and indirect or consequential damages are excluded; nothing here limits rights or liability that law does not allow us to exclude.
Yazılım, marka, tasarım ve özgün içerik İVERBEX'e veya lisans verenlerine aittir. Hizmet kişisel kullanım için sınırlı lisansla sunulur; kanunen vazgeçilemeyen tüketici hakları ve sorumluluklar saklıdır.
8. Contact and governing rules · İletişim
Contact info@iverbex.com for support or notices. Mandatory consumer protections and dispute forums in your country continue to apply. Otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and disputes are handled by competent Turkish courts.
